I have purchase samsung a8 (s. n:-rz8h501jrew) on 20 july i have logged a call in samsung for the replacement on 28-july-2016 10.00 am. I am really surprised to see the quality of the phone and its spares being so poor in quality. its just 5 days and the phone seems to go no longer. - phone very over heat - phone auto shutdown I had perceived samsung phone to be superior in quality and aesthetics which made me go for it. now i think i should have purchased a nokia or an gione phone. I want immediate solution to this as its really sad that samsun products can be so poor in quality. i want refund of my money with immediate effect. Would expect quick action on this or else i would be forced to go social and share my experience with the world.
