Wrong design of Chiller tray in fridge RR19K273ZDZ/NL, S/N:- 0A634ZAH302546Z. i purchased it on 7 april2016. 5 to 6 complaints given to samsung customer care till now but final solution not provided. email send to samsung executive is given below. Please resolve my problem of newly purchased refrigerator. The chiller tray design is needed so as to cover all the water drops from freezer. As of now it’s not working as per requirements. Holes given vertically in chiller tray are leaking the water. Also please note that the new chiller tray must be of newly designed and not a modified chiller tray. Regards.
