Samsung — Instant cashback not provided even after fulfilling all the terms and conditions. | |||
Recently dated 29th Oct 2020, I have purchased a Samsung M51 smartphone from Samsung official online store with an exchange. I have received the phone via BlueDart. As per the scheme there was instant cashback if the payment is done using an SBI credit card. During the purchase of the above-said smartphone, I used an SBI credit card but did not receive a cashback even after fulfilling all the terms and conditions. Also till today, the said order is not getting reflected in my samsung.com account. While talking with the customer care of Samsung, Initially they told me that "you will get a cashback within 24 hours" but till today I have not received any cashback. Whenever I tried talking with customer care, I always got unacceptable answers and they were mixing the cash back with exchange value of my old phone which is not correct.
