Samsung — Manufacturing defect in the LED TV complaint not resolved

My Samsung Account No.[protected]. Unfortunately I purchased a Samsung 32 Inch LED TV Mode No.32EH4003 through online from ebay vide Paise Pay ID [protected] on 21.8.2014. The TV was supplied by the merchant GRD Store(grdstore.[protected]@gmail.com).The purchase details are given below : 1. Invoice No.2601 2. Date of purchase – 21.8.2014 3. Ebay paise pay ID – [protected] 4. My purchase order No.12035 5. Bill Amount – Rs.18, 602/- 6. Warranty – 1 year From the month of November, 2014, the TV giving trouble. The TV automatically goes off within 30 minutes to1 hour o[censored]se and only the next day it works but again it goes off again within 30 minutes. I placed complain with Samsung customer case. Based on the complaint, a technician from Samsung Service Centre at Pondicherry (SRI PADMA CUSTOMER CARE, phone No.[protected], 4208030, email .Spcc­[protected]@rediffmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com, attended the service and informed me that there was manufacturing defect in the main board and it need be replaced. I forward the copies of Invoice to them. I was informed that order has been placed for replacement of the Board. But after two weeks, the Samsung Service Centre at Pondicherry (SRI PADMA CUSTOMER CARE) informed that they cannot take any action unless they receive approval/instructions/order from the Samsung Customer care. The matter is not solved yet. Kindly take immediate action to issue instructions/approval to the Pondicherry service centre for attending the defect. If not atleast give me a reply so that I will throw away the TV and forget it once for all because even after 15 days of placing complaint, still the matter remains unresolved.
