I purchased samsung micro sd card through paytm on 16/01/2016 now it was not working since last month after making a complaint to samung toll free no. With ref no.[protected] the address provided to me they refused to give claim of sd card as per him the card is a wrong product. My samsung galaxy grand max mobile was stolen on 09/10/2016 at about 9 pm. the IMEI No. is [protected]. I lodged a FIR with the local police station. Kindly take necessary steps to block the phone immediately or if possible then please trace the my mobile location using GPS technology. so i can help police to help to get my cellphone back.
