[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — Samsung Mobile Service Issue in warranty | |||
Hi, I purchased SAMSUNG I9060 NEW PLUS from Krishna Tele Store, Address: 188 kishan ganj market Old Rohtak Road, Delhi - 110007, My Invoice No.: 10930 Purchase Date: 17 May 2015. 2 Months back suddenly my phone Speaker stopped working. i am not able to hear voice when someone call me. I raised a Complaint to samsung service store (C3/117, ashok vihar phase II): Date 4-4-2014. ( PFA copy ). They are saying PBA burned and its not cover Warranty. I have insurance also. please let me know how can i resolve this issue. Is it not comes under warranty ? while i have insurance and warranty period. no one helping. Sep 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved after too much efforts finally samsung resolve my issue. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
