[protected] on 8th oct, 2014 in the evening at nearby 9 P.M while traveling with my activa scooter near peer baba mandir, saurav vihar, jaitpur road, New Delhi-44 In view of the above you are requested to take necessary action on above cited and lodge a FIR for the same.In this regards written complaint with copy of purchage bill in hard copy already submitted to Jaitpur police station.
