Sir, I purchased a Samsung Note3 Phone IMEI No: [protected] on 2nd Feb 2014. Although I heard a lot about your product (smart phone) but the day I have bought this phone, I am regularly facing problems i.e. Phone heating, speaker problem & networking problem. Due to which I am facing (financial loss/mental harassment/and much more) with my smart phone. Although I have visited with the complaints in your service center in Sec-17, Faridabad but till date they are not able to resolve my problems due to which I am regularly visiting your service center. I feel, that it wasn’t a smart decision to go with your smart phone and the brand Name (Samsung) doesn't match with your quality and services. I hope you will understand my problems, since I have bought this phone & it’s further kindly requested to replace my phone or get me some better model in Samsung. Hoping for the best decision suitable for me ASAP.
