I had ordered a galaxy tab a 10.1 (Wi-fi) sm-t510nzkd on 17th july by making full payment. The expected date of delivery was 24th july. However, they are still to receive it. Order no [protected]. (Order through samsung official website). Airway bill no: [protected]. One can see from the website of ecom express that the shipment is lying in the wrong city since july 29. The location of the item is shown as pali (Maharashtra state: pincode: 402105) however as per the order placed our address is pen (Maharastra state: pincode 402107) No one from the courier service has called us till date regarding delivery. I have have learnt that four companies are involved in delivery of the product 1) samsung 2) ecom express 3) shiprocket 4) savex technologies pvt. Ltd But none of them are responding to our repeated complaints through calls/emails/compint registration option on website. Each one is telling it is not their responsiblity. No one is giving any status update. This has turned out to a very frustrating experince. We want delivery at the earliest or at least the full refund. Chinmay Was this information helpful? | |||
