[Resolved] Samsung — washing machine front loading - defective item delivered - no support | |
Purchased samsung ww80j52g0bw front load washing machine from reliance digital on 2nd sep 2020 (2 days back). The product got delivered on 3rd sep 2020 (Yesterday). Installation engineer came, unpacked the machine, just after connecting to the water inlet, the water gushed into the tub (Power not turned on). He tried to check whats wrong. Turned on the power, heavy pump motor noise just after turning it on. Mentioned, its a defective piece - took the videos of the same and gone. No response after... Stuck with a defective piece.. Very much disappointed. When reached the dealer (Reliance) they tell me to contact samsung. Very frustrating experience. Was this information helpful? | |
