I have bought this bond in 1993, even though it was matured in 2014 I haven't been able to claim the bond due to living away from India, now we are living in India, can you please advise how to claim this bond? All the documents submitted by Regd. Post on 12.3.2015 to H. O., Gandhi agar. Since then, at least 25 mails are exchanged with false assurances. The redemption was due on 11.1.2014 which is due yet after 2.5 years....
