[Resolved]  SB India Resources — Took money for Fake job offer

Sir i got a call from Mr Raj on 18th October 2014. He told me that he got my number from shine.come, where i have registered for job offers.He told me about the job opportunity in the company HAVELLS INDIA LTD. to avail that opportunity he asked me to register to their website www.uniqeindia.com and submit Rs 1800 as registration fee. He sent me two account number to send the money nearest one. Bank details:ICICI bank A/C Name:- SB INDIA RESOURCES, A/C No.[protected], IFSC COde-ICIC0000037 Central bank of indai A/C Name:- SB INDIA RESOURCES, A/C No.-[protected], IFSC COde-CBIN0282737.When i asked about their company they told me that they registered with shine.com from where they got my number and told about their website(www.uniqeindia.com) which seemed genuine since no report of complaint found against the website on internet.Also he told my money will be refunded if i do not get a job.So I submitted Rs. 1800 in their Central Bank of india account along with the scanned copies of my documents.Then they conducted my telephonic interview and told me that i was selected and asked for Rs 6250 as a charge for my profile verification.They told me this service is provided by their website (www.uniqeindia.com) and its certificate can be used anywhere else also.So i again submitted Rs 6250 in their Central bank of india account.After few days they sent me an agreement letter for job. And for that they demanded another Rs 14931. it was also written in agreement letter that the amount will be refunded after three months.So i again submitted Rs 14931 in their Central bank of india account.After few days they sent me all the document and account opening form of ICICI bank. And after that they demanded another Rs 23999 and told me that from this amount(Rs 23999), Rs 10000 will be used for your account opening and you will get this amount in your passbook and rest amount will be for accommodation as company level.So i again submitted Rs 23999 in their Central bank of india account.after some day when i called him he said your one process is left and u need to complete this to avail the job and demanded again Rs 16672 for carrier card and said this amount also be refunded at the time of joining..So i again submitted Rs16672 in their Central bank of india account.and they told me a date and said your joining will be in this date.when this didn't happened again i called him and said he also gave a another date of joining but this also didn't happened.Then i told him to refund my money and they gave me refund form after filling i sent him.they told me that according to terms and condition your amount will be refunded in 18th may 2015.but till now i didn't get any money regarding to refund.when i called him and said they are not behaving well and using rough language.I lost a total of Rs 63652. At first i want my money Rs 63652 refunded and also strict legal action against these people so that they do not commit these type of fraud to anyone else.

I have the same problem right now...They are telling me I am selected as candidature for hero motor group in hyderabad. And they are asking for 1800 amount in the same account as you mentioned above. I am confused what to do. Give me some suggestion.

SB India resources is a total fake company. pls do not pay a single rupee to them. All they do is offer a attractive fake job and first ask for registration fee. when someone pays it he gets struck and ask for more money on another form. A true consultancy never ask for money before job. i have lost money my to them pls do not trust them.

hi...vivek they also contact me with the same account details and also ask to submit 1800 to get a job in honda. As your problem is solved, please tell me Have they provide any other opportunity Or are your working in any company right now with the help of them

Hello all please be careful from this kind of calls and job offers they do not provide any kind of job but their only purpose is to take money from you. Step by step they will email some documents to fill like document verification form, agreement letter, training letter medical form and demand money for every process and also it was mentioned in the form that the company will revert u all paid amount at the time of joining. They will call u from the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and say they are the recruiters from shine.com and ur profile has been selected for some company they will name providing good package. They will arrange a fake telephonic interview. Apart from all that true fact is that there is no such shine.com and not any recruitment is going to be happen in the companies which they offer only thing which happen is u are going to lose your money.
They will provide you some fake website like www.uniqeindia1.com and bank details such as ICICI bank A/C Name:- SB INDIA RESOURCES, A/C No.[protected] so, please beaware.

Hello all please be careful from these kind of fake job offers they will call you and say they are speaking from shine.com and your profile has been shortlisted by the recruiters and step by step they will demand money for completing the process like id generation, document verification, agreement letter, medical form i[censored] deny to pay money then they will start convincing you that all the money u deposit will be reverted back to you by the company at the time of joining the company is taking money for the security purpose, by saying all such things they will take you in confidence. They email the fake documents from id www.uniqeindia1.com and call from the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] etc. They also provide you bank details to deposit the amount

So please beaware and careful about these kind of frauds. There is no any kind of recruitment is going to happen in the companies which they name offering you good salary all you are going to lose money to them and nothing else.

today( 19th june 2015) i got a call from the no [protected] and the person was Mr. Rakesh...he told me all these thing mentioned above complaint...he told me to deposit 2250 in HDFC account-[protected]...account name:-SB India Resources...and IFSC code of bank is-HDFC0001223.
at the time of talking with him i doubt on him that he is not professional person...i thought to check about his origination on internet before depositing any amount...and i found all these claims about that origination.

i was 50% sure that he is making me fool by giving all these job opportunity...actual company never demand to deposit money.

yes, its absolutely right.sb india resources along with uniqe india is a fake company as i have been cheated currently now and i am also planning to lodge a FIR and criminal charge as they looted almost 25000/- by showing me fake job description, confirmation letter, verification form, agreement letter and went to hell onwards.i will not leave them anymore as they used to play with the faith of public.i don't want my money back.i only want the company to be sealed by government otherwise there will be hard days for them.anyone, before paying your hard earned money, just call me and i will help you out by throwing sb india resources out.thanks.leave a message on my mobile no.[protected]

Please can someone help me... uniqe india employee named sanjay singh, said he fixed my job since i passed my telephonic interview for a telecom company on may 30. I had paid 6700 for registration and security money. And he is demanding another rs 7000 for accomodation fee on an icici acnt nmbr. Please help i need your guide.
