Shop It Today — Cheating on the name of promotional offer

I had received the call on 04/09/2015 regarding promotional program for Gujarat, under that i am qualified for the Samsung TV 40inch. On that day, i was not able to reach bank hence product was not ordered and request to consider for Monday. but on the same day product was register on my name as well as code has been created. On Monday, Date : 07/09/2015 again your representative contacted me, but i had not attended the call. same thing was repeated on the Tuesday as well. again on Wednesday, i receive the Call from Ms. Karishma regarding same offer. and she convinced me for the processing of the order. so i had made the payment and same is informed to her as well as copy of transaction is sent to Phone no. +91-[protected] through Whatsapp. after that they have confirmed me that order is processed and goods will be sent to me. on the same day (i.e. 09/09/2015) i had contacted by Mr. Rajiv Khanna, and informed me that along with this i had won 20gm Gold and same will be shipped with TV. After that from Dispatch department call is receive on 10/09/2015 that i had to pay Rs. 9472 for the DTDC insurance which is refundable. again i called to Mr. Rajiv Khanna, and the same thing repeated by him. i am not in position to transfer this DTDC insurance money as i am working in PVT company, and they will not allow me to go out for banking purpose frequently. on 11/09/2015, i had receive the call from Krunal Gupta, and again same thing as described above repeated. he gave me contact no. of DTDC courier. i talked to DTDC courier and they informed me that they will return this parcel. communication done on these phone numbers: 1) +91-[protected] - Krunal Gupta 2) +91-[protected] - Karishma 3) +[protected] Rajiv Khanna 4) +91-[protected] 5) +91-[protected] 6) +91-[protected] 7) +91-[protected] 8) +91-[protected] 9) +91-[protected] - Anurag (DTDC, Location: Seemapuri) on 12/09/2015, again receive a call from Shop It Today, and informed that your order is cancelled. when i ask them for refund as i had not receipt a product, they are denied to do it. Please look in to it. pleas let me inform what can i do. should i make an Police complaint against this company.
