ShopClues — ITEM NOT RECEIVED AFTER ONE MONTH AND MONEY NOT REFUNDED

Dear Sir, I had given an order of Samsung neo tablet on 25 Dec 14 from shopclues.com. On their website it was shown the item delivered on 27 Dec 14 to SO Model colony in Mumbai via indian post. I ordered the item to be delivered at Air Force station bhuj Gujarat. The order no. Is 31259247. I made several mails and phone calls to them. They have not resolved the complaint yet.
