Hi! I ordered a product (https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B01BYIER5A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) via amazon. Though it is showing delivered, i haven't received it yet. And i contacted amazon they asked me to contact the seller directly. Please help and solve the issue. It was a gift and i am disappointed. Kindly take action. It is a request
