Your customer care service is pathetic. That is the same case with the delivery office in Hyderabad. They switched off the call when i was following up on the delivery. I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do...

I placed one order and the courier partner was unable to deliver, the VERY 2nd day when I got the out for delivery text I called courier that no one is reaching out to me to deliver actually and updating false information. instead of complaining I did not get delivery on 2nd as well as 3rd attempt. hence I wrote to Shopper stop marking cc to courier.

I tried returning immediately but the status of my product delivery isnt updated in their system, so reached out to their customer care, who told me to wait for the status to get updated. We bought a skirt from the shoppers stop jaipur outlet which had a price 999 written on it with a 70% off coupon. Ideally it should be around 300 rupees but in the bill it was charged at 599. This is highly incorrect as what is written and what is charged are totally different. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
