[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered

Dear Team,

I had purchased 4 Curtain set from Snapdeal on 14 Oct (Order number [protected], order amount RS 3996), after so many follow up i recevied product on 29 OCT . I had order 2 (Dekor World Purple And Pink Contemporary Polyester Door Curtain ) for window and 2 (Dekor World Purple And Pink Contemporary Polyester Door Curtain) for door .

But to my surprise i had received 6 black color curtain, so i ask for replacement, they said i have to make arrangement for return as they can not arrange pickup .

I send the product back to them in one single parcel like i had received . i have paid 800 Rs for that . Then i have shared the courier tracking number and courier receipt with them in order to get my courier changes back to my saving account .

I have shared this details with them 3-4 time . But every time they will ask if i have sent the product back or not . if i have shared the courier receipt to them after discussion they will say its fine they have received the product and courier receipt . i will get my refund in 48 hours .

From 14 Nov onward i call them every 48 hours, but same reply . i don't know what s going on please help me on that .

I have ordered one Magique Red & Silver Packing Bag .But snap deal people delivered wrong product that is Cream and brown colour bag.Which is very differ from what i have ordered.Want to replace this product.My order no was.[protected] .Today only i got the product but its totally wrong product.
Sir, I ordered for a Micromax Canvas Win W121 with order no. [protected] placed via "cash on delivery" on[protected]:16:41 but to day ie; on[protected], I received a wire less mouse. I want to replace it with Micromax Canvas Win W121, which was my original order. plz do the same on urgent basis.

I received a computer generated mail that they will get back to me within 48 hours. One week passed but I have not received any communication regarding the same. Now what should I do ? Is there any customer care number ?

I have online shopping in snapdeal Hynix Laptop Ddr2 2gb 667 Mhz Ram (ORDER NO. : [protected]) but they send me wrong product sandisk pen drive, immediately informed to customer care return the product in FedEx courier tracking no[protected], already delivery the 5-5-2015, but 12 time contact to costumer care not positive response, sir please I want refund my total money
Few days back I ordered Puma ketava flip flops from snapdeal. Today the shipment arrived and the slippers in the package were of different brand and looked really old. When I talked to the company about the same they told me to keep the defaulty product and pay the delivery man. The money will be refunded after some time. When I contacted the courier company they told me that it was against the company policies to open the delivery in front of the delivery man and there is nothing they can do about and that I have to pay him otherwise they will deduct the amount from his monthly pay. I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and take desired action against the aforementioned companies.

I had ordered product with name"Ambrane P[protected] mAh power bank". When i received parcel from snapdeal it contain different product. I requested him to replace this product and give me which i had ordered.I need my product replaced, not want any type of refund.My order number is [protected] and sub order no.is [protected] and ordered on 29th May 2015 and received on 5th June 2015. I request to SD team to refund my money or replace the product
I bought Acer Aspire V5-122p from snapdeal.com but the thing is about the product delivered were not having the smae specifications as mentioned on snapdeal which was keyboard will have Full Size Acer FineTip Backlit Keyboard. Which I didnt get with my current product.

So I requested to replace/return the product and they agreed on it but till date they haven't picked up the product and I am stuck with the wrong prodcut.

Please help.
as for as concern to my no [protected] for glucometer, the concern shipper delivered me other product namely one touch test strips after a long time awaiting .kindly make necessary needful to replace the same or refund the amount at your end.
