Spice Hotspot — Vindictive & fraudulent behaviour by staff

I am debesh chandra bhattacharyya. I went to spice hotspot, nsc bose road branch (Opposite malancha cinema hall) on 9th april, 2016, to purchase an iphone 6 16gb space grey model. My daughter had called on their customer care number ([protected]) in the afternoon to enquire about the price of the handset, & they had informed her that the price was ₹38, 500. At their store, they cajoled us to buy the iphone 6s 16gb model, saying that it would cost us only ₹10k more. They took my bajaj finserv card to process the transaction, but at the time of billing they suddenly told us that we would have to fork out more money since the prices had increased. We refused to continue with the transaction & asked the, to cancel our bajaj finserv transaction. To take revenge on us for not purchasing the item from their store, they did not cancel the transaction & asked bajaj finserv to put us on their fraud customer list. I have always had an impeccable record with my financials & it was a rude shock to me when i got to know of this vile act of theirs. My card has been blocked & i could not make the purchase at another shop.
How do the store staff dare to mess with a customer in this manner? A store that does not even know the price of its own commodities, a store where the staff lies blatantly & harasses the customer like this should be scrapped immediately. This act simply shows the poor standard of behaviour & work ethics of personnel hired by spice hotspot stores. I am shocked & appalled & thoroughly disgusted.
