[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Incorrect charges charged in Credit card Bill

My Name is Anand Pandey and my number is [protected]. This complaint I am following up with Standard Chartered Bank and not getting any help. Standard Chartered Bank detail INSTABUY'S ACCOUNT - CLASSIC [protected] XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-0957 Dear Prema V, I think you are very junior in the company and not efficient to answer my email hence you have not understood the complaint, This time I want reply from Senior and it shud be pointwise Every month I am paying the bill amount through NEFT and automatically the amount is received by EMI account. My question is since June 2013 I am paying the amount in Credit card then why Bank is adjusting in EMI. Why no body replied to me that I am paying amout in incorrect account ? If you refer my query which I wrote from SC Bank online, in that I clearly wrote to Bank that I have paid the amount then why I have received reminder SMS for payment ? Please answer me why your executive had not mentioned that I made wrong payment. You may refer executive response her name is clemy I have applied for SC credit card and purchased phone on EMI, Bank had himself separate account for EMI which was not asked to me before creating. I have paid rs Rs 1791 on Jan 03, 2014 to clear my EMI of last bill which was generated on Dec 26, 2013 and the last date to clear the bill was Jan 17, 2014. On Jan 16, 2014 I received message from SC Bank that payment is not received. Immediately I wrote to your customer care wherein they replied that payment is received and it will reflect in next bill. Now you have sent two bill in Jan 2014, 1st bill is of EMI wherein all incorrect charges is charged and 2nd bill is for other purchase apart from EMI. I just want to know that when customer had made payment and verified the facts by writing to Bank then why such charges were charged ? Without mistake I have to follow up with Bank. Today I called customer care they said charges are correct and I have to pay... When I said in email reply your officer had written that Bank had received last bill payment against the EMI, then callcenter person said email team is Back end team and we donot have that data so you write back to them. This shows that SC Bank doesnt have standard process wherein both interface can view the reply which is given to customer. This is really sad ... If someone calls me it will be great help to me Requesting all to cross check what went wrong and reverse the charges immediately and minimum due amount. My name is Ramkumar Tulswani and even i am also facing the same issue with my card. I am paying my EMI on before due then also i was charged with fee each and every month. No one informed me about this that whenever you buy some on EMI, SCB creates a new account to maintain those EMIs.Recently, I was charged for late fee due to these confusion.Please address my concern and revert my all the charges. 1. I was working for the Standard Chartered.

2. I want to disclose my name here but due to belongs to this trade, it is against ethics.

3. Standard Chartered Bank is number 2 in the whole world after Citi Bank, their policies are to get money only from the unknown mistakes customer ( general public ) make.

4. I had words with my elders &amp; they suggested to leave such compny, it is equal to working for the DON as murderer.

5. I tried hard to get a job in some good company, finally got offer from ICICI &amp; HDFC after waiting for long, these 2 companies are real banks for the people who wants exclusive service &amp; they many time reverse the late payment fee. Most of the cards are lifetime free under the annual swipe amount policy.

My humble request is to return these cards after getting your outstanding clear, SC is non India based bank &amp; all earned money goes to outside India, which also being consider that we are making our nation poorer.
