Success 4 Career Solutions — No refund given

I have to submit a complaint against SUCCESS 4 CAREER SOLUTIONS as they cheated me. I got a call from this company, the name of caller was SAMRAT and he gave a job offer for axis bank for chandigarh location. They asked for a registration fee of rs.1600 which will be refunded to me at the time of interview. I paid the amount and then they demanded 2000rs more for documentation verification. I paid that amount also. Since then their charges kept on mounting and my profile was handed over to SUMIT. He asked for 8200rs for job security and promised an interview on 7th june, 2015. But after that he did not pick my call. And later on he said the person working is under a notice period and you have to wait for 2 months. I told him to refund my money and he stopped picking my calls and all there numbers were switched off. I used to call once or twice a day on all the numbers and one fine day someone picked the call and claimed to be a senior member and said pay a certain amount and i assure you that you will get your job letter. Like this a total of rs.70700 has been charged from me but no service has been provided. I know i should not have paid but i trusted them and they broke my trust. Then my profile was transferred to AMAN VERMA. He is not a man of words. When i told him to refund my money he added a clause that a minimum of 30000rs should be with the consultancy. If my minimum amount was less than 30000 rs they will not refund my money. At that time they had 22, 200rs of my money. This clause was not stated at the time of collecting payment and this is a fraud. They even said that money will be refunded after 3 months. This thing was also not told to me earlier. This is total cheting. They never told any company policy beforehand and they change their policy according to their own convenience. He is neither ready to give me any offer letter nor is refunding my money. He at times transfers my call to NISHANT, who according to aman is an ASSISTANT MANAGER. He also does the same thing. Asks to pay the money and later on does not attend any calls. I am trapped. All the money i paid to them was the money i borrowed from other people. I have to return their money and consultancy people are not picking my calls. All there numbers are switched off. NISHANT promised me to call on 24th september to give me the final decision that are they going to give the offer letter or are going to refund my money. Then they added another clause that if i ask for refund, i have to pay a certain % of money to them, only then they will refund my money within 90 days. How lame is that. This was not disclosed to me at the time of making payment. NON-DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF MAKING AN AGREEMENT IS A FRAUD. All these people are frauds. Around 10 other people have their complaints against them. Please help me. I want my money back. They are fooling me from the last 3 months. I do not trust them anymore. I need my money back.
