Sun Direct recharge failed

Why is it every single time I recharge they don't get activated even after refreshing for 24 hours. This is looting. Every single time I have to wait with their lazy online customer service for more than 2 hours. Pathetic.

Channel addition

Please add raj network, polimer network, Zee thirai on sun direct.If you don't add above channels, then I changed to other dth operator...

Refund request for duplicate payment

Hi Sir/Madam,
I recharged my Sun direct account 2 times. 1st time recharge transaction id ([protected]) it's says something went wrong. And I do second time transaction id[protected] recharge the recharge was successful. but amount was deducted 2 times. 1st time recharge takes the amount but it's showing something went wrong and amount also not refunded pls help me to refund for this transaction both transaction using this card...

Channels not displaying for subscribed one

Address:plot 5 vijay nagar, Bagalur road,hosur

We have recharged for INR 1194 on 22nd October for plan "Tamil Economy"; after recharge got success payment some of the channels which are received are not displaying. Raised query to sun direct customercare and they are not accepting complaint for providing the free of service instead they ask to pay. They are giving explanation that angle of dish might changed; if that is the case same kind of error should been received for all the channels...

I paid rs.242 today ..but channels are not activated ...channels are blanck without anything get displayed...

Amount deducted in my account but not sun direct recharge

I recharged my Sun direct account 2 times. 1st time recharge it's says something went wrong. Sun Direct-Amount debited but not recharged-please return

I have done payment of rs-241.98 from my sundirect app via their upi mode through my paytm account.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted paytm they said, recharge is sucessful from their end.
My sundirect id number is [[protected]].
Kindly pls look in to this. So again I recharged rs-241.98 from my sundirect app using debit card that is successful.

Please refund...

I add requesting but no-one is responsing properly they just say we will add the channel but nothing is done

Please add the channel as soon as possible

All the dth has taken that channel but only in sun direct it is not available

I have recharged sun direct and recharge is successful but channels not coming

I have recharged my sun direct with smart card id ([protected])but in tv no channels coming and showing that please call call centre to activate and i called customer care and then he told that you have made an hd recharge but yours one is normal set up box so I ask to convert to normal he agreed and told that it is done and it will be activated within 15 mins to 2hrs time and it's still second day there is no response and in television displaying...
