Recharge amount debited but recharge failed

I was recharged my sun direct account for 6 month basic tamil plan on 7.33 pm (24 March 2023 ) via Paytm.in this regards amount was debited but recharge failed.my transaction reference number is[protected]
Please refund this amount...

Unresolved issue

I recharged ₹ 1189 on 9.8.23 (11.33 AM) but due Tech problem it is not credited to my sundth a/c. As per Bank, the amount is gone to Sun Direct Tv pvt ltd (Transaction Ref IGAPGHSYE7)

My dthservice is disconnected since 4 days. Serveral email did. No resolution. Noe I am going to request to the Bank for chargeback.

I am a customer since 16 years and never experienced...

Subscribed channel is not displaying

I have subscribed to channel from the alcarte for 6 months. But the channel is not working since the day I have recharged. It is already a month, I have raised a complaint but still the issue is not fixed and the customer informed me they will send a technician but I need to pay the charges.

Why should I pay for the issue with their services. I am able to watch other channels....

Recharge failed but still money got deducted not refunded yet

Hi support team,

I have recharged my dth on 3rd March 2023 at 01.00 PM, for monthly plan ₹229.

The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through sun direct official website and paytm upi.

New connection not provided

For sundirect new connection, paid amount of Rs 1999.
Even after 2 days no response about connection.
Need refund on the money.

New connection not done payment done

For getting new sundirect connection I paid a sum of Rs 1999 even after 2 days no response from sundirect. Tried calling customer care but it is always busy.
Want refund of the money.

Money deducted from Paytm wallet but not recharged

I've recharged my sun direct with Kannada basic pack on sun Direct app with paytm wallet, when i chose paytm wallet and proceeded to recharge the app showed "something went wrong" and money deducted from my paytm wallet (rs.213) ... But recharge not done...🤬 My registered mobile number: [protected]

Mobile Recharge plan

Today I had recharged the sundirect plan as earlier the amount has been deducted. But the channels are not coming only kannada channels are coming. So i contacted mu nearest customer care and there was no proper response. They said you cannot pay through mobiles i[censored] have paid we cannot help. Please do refund the money or see to that all the channels as per the plan comes. Our CSDN no is [protected] .

I have recharged my dth on 6th February 2020, monday evening around 9:03 pm for monthly plan ₹265.

Looting money

I Have subscribe channels amount has debited lot of times but I'm unable to view channels i send mail with profs but no one helped me yet i wan to sue 9n the company for wasting my time and money....

DTH Refund

Yesterday i.e.[protected] I have mistakenly recharged the sun direct dth linked to my Father's mobile number 99XXXX4094 which was disconnected last year and not in use as we had changed the DTH to different service provider.

I have reached out to sun direct and they asked to email to customer care which i did on same day with details and requested to help me in refunding the recharge amount of Rs 1620.
