I have taken the policy which is share market linked. But they have guaranteed sum assured after the lock in period of 10 years. I am supposed to pay the premium for 3 years. non refund of excess deduction

TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE is a subsidiary of TATA AIG and I hold a premium No. U[protected]. On 28.08.2013 the due date for the annual premium I paid the premium of Rs. 25,000.00 on line through my Credit Card. On 29.08.2013,

I purchased a TATA AIA online policy ( Application no. C[protected] on 7th June and submitted all the relevant document within one week.
After 3 week (God know why after so much time ) they again asked for one more document and I submitted same day.

Till today I didn't get any satisfactory reply from TATA team and now I feeling stuck.
