We tried to speak to you personally over the call, to understand your concerns regarding the billing issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.
Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your Tata Photon connection number [protected] is under TSP due to non payment and the amount of Rs. 231/- has been already adjusted in your number on 30-NOV-13.
Further, we also would like to inform you that we have not found any cancellation request towards your Tata Photon connection and we request you to provide us the same which will assist us in doing the needful.
