[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo - No Network

I am having Tata Docomo Chennai number-[protected]. I am not able to receive or dial any call while sitting on my desk or in room in home due to no network problem. I complained to the Customer Care but every time they told me that there is no issue from their side. I am using it from last one and half year and facing same problem till now. Office Address: H7, 8, Syntel, Siruseri, SIPCOT, Kanchipuram, Chennai-603103 Home Address: A2-205, Akshaya Adora, Padur, Kanachipuram-603103 Details: ¿ Issue Area: Syntel, Siruseri and Akshaya Adora ¿ Issue Sub Area: my cabin in office and room ¿ Landmark: Padur ¿ Pincode:603103 ¿ Signal Point (Indoor & Outdoor):Indoor ¿ Duration of Problem:99% ¿ Error Message: No Tata Docomo Network available (Even after trying manual as well as automatic ) ¿ Handset Model: Tried with three set :Samsung, Nokia, Micromax Canvas Fun A63 ¿ Samle No./Destination no.: [protected] ¿ Balance/Validity:20/ ¿ Alternate Number:[protected] Please provide me details how much time would it take to resolve because I have changed my handset and no network problem is creating early battery discharge problem. I am still facing the issue. Please contact me on my alternative number : [protected] because it is very difficult to tallk with tata docomo network.
I got call form Ravi( Tata docomo) but I was unable to hear any thing from him. Please contact me on [protected] and provide me details when it wil be resolved otherwise will switch to other network.
