[Resolved] Tata Photon 3G — Disconnection Problem every 5 to 10 mins from 2 months, very careless customer care | |||
Dear Sir, I have been having a very hard time dealing with TATA Photon customer care guys, they are very careless and have provided no solution to the problem, I had raised complaint 2 months back for internet connection which is getting disconnected very frequently (30-40 times in a day), I had raised 3 complaints till today and they have been closed without my knowledge and they say it is solved. I would rate 0 stars to them for poor enethical service. Till date I have registered 3 complaints have given 100 calls and still the disconnection issue is persists. All these guys told me was lies every time and I want appropriate actions to be taken against this company since they are ruthless to their customers, Why do we have to suffer even after making timely payment? I am sure I am not the only one facing this issue and thought this has to be escalated to higher level.
