[Resolved]  Tata Photon Max — Tata Photonmax request for disconnection of Tata Photonmax

We had given request for disconnection of Tata photon max in Mumbai on Jan 13/01/2014 SERVICE REQUEST[protected] FOR YOUR PHOTON NUMBER [protected] I received the call from executive asking for reason for disconnection.
They said will get disconnect in next 6-7 days but now again i have received the latest month bill of Rs:724 due date: 22/02/2014
I am really very shocked with the services of Tata Photon max. If my line is not disconnected in next 6-7 days i shall personally lodge a complaint as consumer forum India.

It is humble request to people of Mumbai if you give letter or request for disconnection please keep a follow up just don't leave thing they will not do your job.

I am very happy i spoke to some body today morning & i feel my complaint has sorted out.
She said you have pay Rs 324.00 once the revised bill get genreate in next 24-48 hrs.

Let's cross our finger it was only possible once i lodged a compliant with Consumer Complaints.

I feel this website is doing a good job.
