[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Harassment by customer care caller who allegedly deactivated my photon services before payment due date

I am shocked by this incident with tata photon call center. My photon number is [protected]. I got a call on 7th Dec from a man from tata photon asking me to pay up my bill. My bill is not due until 10th Dec. That man spoke to me like I am a thief and he is an extortionist! Ofcourse I know when to pay my bill, I do need the internet! He said he would keep calling me till I paid my bill and when I hung up I immediately got an sms saying my photon services was disconnected. The reference id was[protected], I did never issue this request. MY BILL IS NOT DUE TILL 10TH DEC AND TATA PHOTON HAS NO RIGHT TO DISCONNECT MY SERVICES. I am appaled with this behavior! After this I have issued not one but two complaints with reference ids[protected] and[protected], but my internet has not been activated till now! I do not feel its right to give so much leverage to a call center employee that he can harass and deactivate any customer's service! This is completely unacceptable behavior! I feel deeply hurt. I have been a decent customer of Tata photon and have been using their services for many months. Not even ones have I not payed or even delayed payment of my bill! This is very disappointing. I again want to say that you can't disconnect a customers internet when even the due date hasn't passed. I am very hurt and displeased by this incident. Till now my service hasn't been activated! I am on the brink of disconnecting Tata photon services myself! The behavior of that caller was extremely harassing and unruly. I didn't expect this from a trusted company like Tata photon. They must mend this horrible incident.

So finally my services have been restored, after so much trouble. But I still don't understand why did this happen. Why was request for deactivating my services raised at all, the id was[protected]. Even I don't have much time to go around and this incident was completely undesirable. Also, I receive tens of SMS and emails to remind me to pay my bills, I don't think there is any need for such harassing calls from such absurd callers!
