Tata Photon Plus — Non activation of Photon plus device

My name is Rami Reddy and my contact no. is [protected]. I have purchased a photon plus device no. [protected] before 3 weeks and till now it is not activated. The customer care says the reference verification is negative whereas my reference didnt even get a verification call. This is the worst service from a Tata group enterprise and I am very much disappointed. Please conduct the reference verification, activate my device at the earliest. Thanks
