tata sky set top box pairing error

My tata sky set top box was not used for 2 months. Recharged and restarted yesterday but its showing a wrong card for this box (Some long numbers and)... Pairing error. Tried to unplug and restart the box but the problem persists. Tried to remove the card and clean it and put it back. But even after that the problem remains. Please help as am missing all my world cup matches......

I have connections of tata sky. I am a old consumer of tata sky having a problem regarding no signal to my tata sky. Despite best effort by local technician the problem did not solved. A technician from tata sky services is required. I also submitted that i will not pay any fees to the technician which will be provided by tata sky.. An early action requested please

I had placed a relocation request on 24th may, till today installation person has not turned up to install the tata sky at my new address.

Installation guy told that you do whatever you want, he will not install tata sky, such an arrogant behavior is unacceptable. I have escalated this multiple times to customer care and nodal officers as well, still this issue...

regarding the worst service they have provided me n i wasted one month money of recharging tata sky account

It was 13th of may when i lodged complain for service as the tv signal went. Thus it took them as much as 7 times or so to call customer care every 2 days and listening exactly same lines sir give us 48 hrs.. I waited n on 29th the technician finally came. But what 5 mins he corrected it n went the single started fluctuating. I called him but his phone either switch off or he would not pick u also the costumer care but they do said only one...

trai new scheme

As per trai's latest order of transmitting 100 channels to the subscriber, the company is not including any paid channels within these 100 channels as prescribed by trai

As a result of this change my monthly bill has increased from rs. 144 to rs. 190, without any change of previous package of channels before the trai order.

Regarding this, my suggestion is please modify your order and specify that some paid channels...

Tata sky cheated with validity of annual package.

I took the service on 12-jul-2018 with annual subscription. At that time tata sky committed service till 11-jul-2019.
In march-2019 there is change in rate as trai guidelines. And it was announced by all media channels that monthly subscription rates has been reduced.
Thus, if rates has been reduced, my subscription should be extended. However my subscription period...

I called tatasky customer care, they said you will be charged rs.150/- for the service engineer to visit my home to check the issue. I have referred tata sky account to a person on 29th april, 2019 through my WhatsApp through a code.
Person successfully registered using by referral code but tata sky is not giving any referral amount.
I have proof of referral and also my referred person has proof o[censored]sing my referral code and activating account.

I am in continuous follow up with tata sky cm care but they are not resolving it.

Everyday i get promise that somebody will visit today by 10 am but no one turns up not even calls.

I am getting mentally harassed as i made advance payment and got it installed but...

my subscription randomly changed without my knowledge

I bought a new tata sky connection on 21 may 2019.in 2 days time i glanced through channels and i subbed to ones i want. After about 5 days, when i check back my subscription my subscription is totally changed to channels that don't even know, and my new monthly charges are rs.1000. When i called back customers care, they are yet to answer this.

I know these service twist rules and cheat for gain. But this is a blatant cheating...

I had bought a bb plan for 6500 for a six month plan and was promised an amazon firestick and a holiday for 3 days... I have been following up for 45 days now, however ti no avail. It is really frustrating having to followup for something which you have been promised. The sales guys just want ti meet their performance targets making false promises... This must stop! If my issue is not resolved i would definately take you to consuner court!!!...
