On 1st and 2nd day the cable was on. Suddenly 3 rd day the cable is off. On approching the technician, he kept his mobile off. Tata sky customer care stated that the installation charges of rs. 175/- is unpaid.

I am using tatasky since 2006 and paid always higher amount when needdd. This time while called about connection issue hd asked to pay visiting fee even for sure it's issue with there end about signal.
Now no way to take such operator and raised request to cancel connection, hd team cancelled the connection but non of them responding when and how much refund i will get out of my balance which is there. It's pathetic they need 30 days...

trying to swindle money from customers by cutting connection and harassment

I had recharge my tatasky dth account on line on 06/02/2018 by rs. 458/-.
But my tataskhy account was not recharged. When i called to tatasky and inquired, they told me that "your recharge is not reflected here in our system".

recharge not credited in tata sky

My tatasky Subscriber id is [protected].

I did two recharges of 300 and 100 rs.
300 I did from PayZapp
And 100 from Paytm.
100rs recharge is successfully credited but 300 rs recharge is not credited in my Acc,
But is debited from PayZapp and PayZapp is also showing successful.
I contacted the bank also, they said that it is done successfully from their side

I am a tatasky subscriber. I am not able to view the services and i had registered a complaint along with payment for semi annual pack. This was done on the 24th. And i was promised the technician would come by 6.30. I waited and got no call nor any visit.
