I have register complaint regarding signal issue for tata sky. Technician has been visited my place and told that in this area signal strength is less so he had changed the lnb. After two days tata sky disconnect my connection without any notice and told to submit 800 rs.
But their is no communication from technician or tata sky about 800 rs charges for replacement of lnb. I told them without telling cost why...

I am complaining about frequent signal problems.

I am facing frequent signal problems on my tata sky. Some of the frequently used channels are even not working properply.
The screen is all set to black colour with no audio when flipping to such channels.
And also the company promises to provide more then 220 channels with recharge of rs 199 pm which also the company fails to stick to its commitment.
Not even a single channel of music, cartoon and sports are enabled...

migration of big tv to tata sky

Due to closure of reliance communication my big tv have been migrated to tata sky (Dth) with the same credit & conditions. After lapse of a month and frequently asked for, there is no credit given us by tata sky. On complaining to the company, the official asked me to recharge afresh.
