I got a message today stating that tere was a additional channels ten 1 added where as i had never added it
I called up the contact center @2:53 am and tried to explain the person but he was least bothered and asked me to call back
He was very casual and when i asked for a supervisor i was denied first and then was on hold for a long time

This is a pathetic service...

Kindly note that i was a reliance big tv customer bearing id no.[protected]. You had advertised in big tv that services of reliance digital tv will expire in november 2017 & that you have tied up with big tv to transfer the entire balance in new tata sky a/c. To be a tata sky subscriber you had requested to give a missed call on [protected] before 18/11/2017. I did accordingly & tata sky service was provided to me vide id [protected] on 04/11/2017....

As per the last account statement received from your end it is found that my address is incorrect. I have already communicated the same prior to the renewal of my yearly bill amount. Setup box is giving some problem. Every time i call customer care, it asks to follow a sequence but not giving permanent solution. This is to inform you i am cheated by tata sky dth i already have tata sky connection customer id no is [protected] in flat no x 778 jalvayu vihar greater noida.

I have also taken 2nd connection in my name id no [protected] on december 9th 2017 in flat no x 798 for my parents, for this connection i paid rs 2100 + 168 for 14 mts cable @ rs 12 = 168 + 2100 total 2300 paid cash to the person who has installed the cable connection....

The call centre people are very rude. Do not allow customers to complete and cut the phone mid way. I had to post the same request more than once because they cancelled my request without solving it, they were expecting I will carry their set top box to college and give them details printed behind the box at that second itself. They aren't ready to call back later if someone is in lecture....
