I called up the contact center @2:53 am and tried to explain the person but he was least bothered and asked me to call back
He was very casual and when i asked for a supervisor i was denied first and then was on hold for a long time

The call centre people are very rude. Do not allow customers to complete and cut the phone mid way. I had to post the same request more than once because they cancelled my request without solving it, they were expecting I will carry their set top box to college and give them details printed behind the box at that second itself. They aren't ready to call back later if someone is in lecture....
