Tata Sky — Complaint regarding the recharge of monthly package | |||||
Hereby we need to inform you that we have subscribe for a monthly simple package of tatasky on 25th june, 2016. So as per your policy terms the tata sky service should work till 24th july, 2016. But our connection was cut on 18th july, 2016. When we contact to the tata sky customer care they said that we have subscribe any offer like re 1 per day for some special channel which we have never done or even haven't known about it. And not for this time whenever we recharge for a monthly package your tata sky provider cuts some amount of money from our account for some fake reasons and everytime we get 5-6 days less service. So its my humble request to you to get some proper solutions for my this type of problem so that i may fill satisfy with your service. Otherwise i have none other option then to give chance to other service providers like reliance, videocon, airtel, etc like companies. And this type of problem occurs everytime at each recharge time.
