Tata Sky — tata sky dth and tata sky broadband | |||
The representatives of tata sky dth and tata sky broadband contacted me on 6th march, 2020 and advised me to take tata sky broadband connection by surrendering bsnl broadband. They said that both tv`s will operate through internet and no dth charge will be required to be paid. They also suggested me to get on hold the remaining amount of dth. As suggested i applied for broadband connection and deposited rs. 3982.50 as per suggested plan. Before this they checked my both tv's of which one found android. For another tv they provided me fire tv stick. I got on hold my remaining amount of dth in night on 6th march, 2020. In the morning of 7th of march, i. Found My tv became inoperative. I contacted them, they asked me to recharge dth. I don't understand as to why they cheated me. The channel's are also not showing live telecast. It is clear that the representatives of tata sky and tata broadband have cheated me. I, therefore, request you to refund the amount of rs. 3982.50 deposited by me immediately.
