[Resolved] Aircel Postpaid Activation — Activation issue | |||
Sub : Reg : SIM Activation - [protected] This is Ajay interested to experience your 3G connection through 3G dongle. I got few offers through your rep in front of my office stating sim in free of cost and the monthly charges will be according to the post paid plan. I got interested to buy it. Felt I might get cheated by the executives in front of the office. So to purchase the sim card I have walked in to Alwarpet Aircell Cell City office on Saturday around 6.00 Pm. When I enquired about the plan the executives asked me to pay Rs 750/- in advance ( Advance payment was not mentioned anywhere) to get a Dongle Sim card he suggested 4 plans. I have selected Rs 699/- per month plan and paid Rs 750/- through my SBI Debit Card. They told that there might be less chance for Saturday activation. If it is not happened it will be get activated by Monday EOD. But today is Tuesday still the activation was not happened. The think is the service towards the customer was not up to the mark really frustrated with the service. I am using my Personal number [protected] Vodafone number for the past 7 years. Really they are doing a good service for customers satisfaction. But still Aircell is not care their customers. Reason for Frustration:- · As per you showroom commitment the sim card should get activated on Monday EOD. Still it was not happened. · I contact Number[protected] with was unanswerable. The person who using the sim card is not picking my call. · I got another call from [protected] Elayaraja who promised me that he will call me back the status sharp at 1.30 Pm. From 1.32 Pm onwards i am trying to reach his number but not picking my call. · I tried your[protected] &[protected] customer care numbers they could not talk properly and disconnected my call. · Kindly active the Sim card at the earliest. Kindly consider this as a prior notice for not activating the SIM Card after the advance payment. If I am not getting any revert for the notice I would proceed to consumer court for reverting back the Advance payment as well as compensation of Rs 1,00,000/- for Mental Stress.
