TGS Layout — Illegal land

They have project called TGS Mahalakshmi in electronics city selling around 14L for 1200Sq ft. Initially they promised alot and said 10 % discount even before visiting them, I felt dodgy. I visited the site, the representative showed some land as the proposed layout, its just barren land. There was some temple and ground in the land and these guys claimed they have acquired it. No Boards no marking no boundaries defined. They said they will convert i to A khata in 3 monhs and asked to pay 1L for booking and 7L within 30 days to confirm prelaunch booking. By this time a person came and started blasting the tgs represntative as why he is showing temple land and scaming people. This TGS representative didnt utter a word, the other guy just blasted him. So it was confirmed that they are cheating people. I enquired couple of ppl around and got to know its panchayat land and TGS is just scam company who takes money whatever amt it is. They have already said 1st phse of mahalakshmi is complted, but i when nothing no work done just barren land. People around said they tried to acquire some others land and got beatings. These tgs guys were quite and showed childish crying face infront ofthose ppl. These proved that they are scam and cheat company. They keep writing positive reviews about themselves, It was close shave and i was spared luckily, Thank god. People dont believe these Guys, please stay away from them.
