We are three sisters living on rent in Bengaluru. All three o[censored]s bought land from this company. One of my sisters got the possession of land already. I bought the land in Kanakapura Road. I also hope that I will get the possession soon. Yes they are taking a bit longer time than said, but we went and saw the work which is almost complete. So there is no problem yet.

TGS Builders/property is a fraud company engages in realestate business in bangalore.

Off late it has been selling apartments.plots( Mahalakshmi lyt), sites etc near electronic city -neeladri nagar, behind uniworld apartments (near sai baba temple).I would pray customers to avoid this company ventures . They selling the government land/disputed property ( unconverted-agriculture land) to innocent customers . They would promise a huge returns and take you on radio cabs for site visits.
I caution so as to ensure you do not lose your hard earned money and peace of mind to such companies. The above claim can be verified by checking land records (RTC) .

I bought the land and gave the contract to TGS for building my house.

TGS Layouts gave me my land at very cheap rates which I never got in the Electronic City area. They are saying they will build the house for me too. I gave the contract to them. I am satisfied till now.
