I came to know about TGS Layouts through Times of India Newspaper. I personally visit their sites and plots to check their offer price. I felt the offer price is no where higher in comparison with the location and the amenities they are providing. After discussion with my family and friends, finally I decided to book a plot in TGS Saraswathi which is in Kanakapura Road with dimensions 30’ X 40’ which comes under BMRDA approval.
