[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — super slow and lazy and pathetic service | |||
a packet was booked in kolkata on a Saturday and it was suppose to be delivered in kanpur u.p. on Monday but it didnt get delivered. i called them up and they asked me to call up the head office in kanpur again i was asked to call up the head office in delhi and from there i got the message that the packet will be delivered tomorrow that is on a Tuesday at around 2.00 pm its Tuesday again and yet the packet is not delivered and when i called them up again i had to follow the hierarchy call up the local office than the head office in kanpur and than in delhi and now they are saying that the packet will be delivered tomorrow that is on Wednesday. i hope it does get delivered but is this what we call a courier service i mean if i would have asked them to post the packet via Indian post, i guess it would have been delivered by Tuesday and to add a cherry on the cake this so called the professional courier has so pathetic staff and people who answer your call. they will not even resolve your query and will just hang up the call on you and if a frustrated person raises his voice they will start using abusive language as if they are doing a favour on you. the professional courier has super pathetic customer service, extremely bad network and you just cant trust on these people with your valuables...
