Dear sir/ madam, My son is now residing at Bangalore. He sent me some documents with one rakshi since 09/08/2021. The packet is not received yet. On dt. 18/08 one madam phoned & told to collect the packet from office as your residence is not coming under our service area. In reply I said as I am an old person can't collect that from your office & no body is with me to collect. Pl. send the packet to my residence. My son has paid Rs.180/- as postal charges to deliver in my residence. On dt. 19/08 one boy phoned & told to receive the letter from Nayabazar which is 2.5 km away from my residence. I told him my inability, hence he back to his office. One message received that the letter is with them up to 3 days & thereafter it will be returned. In this regard I request your honour kindly give them stricture not to do this type of harassment with customer as they opened courier service for them & maintaining their livelihood from that income. A 5gm or 10gm letter charges are too high than speed post. They booked that letter for Rs.180 whereas speed post charges is Rs.25.
