My name is j. Radha - [protected] (Quality incharge for bpo idea process) Guires outsourcing pvt ltd.. Nungambakkam, chennai Courier to send two days back... But still now not sending to customers and also send place to change and other place not in correct place... Its very issue to my office name... Please take action immediately... We send idea sim to courier for out station... 1. We send vellore courier but track signal reach in thirupur. 2. And send coimbatore courier but track signal reach in vellore. Not reach in correct and current time so customer complaint for me (Quality incharge) Its very big issues for my company name (Guires outsourcing pvt ltd, bpo idea process) Please take action and immediately to send customer place in tomarrow..
