Hello, my name is Yogesh Kumar residing at Velachery Chennai. I had ordered a product in shopping.indiatimes.com namely Cheers smart turbo (android smart phone), Order ID: [protected] Price - 3199 + Cash on delivery charge - 69 = Total - 3268 INR I ordered it on 30/11/2015 and got the product at 09/12/2015. The phones led notification light does not working for anything like for charging, msg, email, miss call, ect... and I have registered a case for this in their website at 1.20 am in the date 10/12/2015 Case ID - 2490385 before the dead time which they have given for their customers that within 48 hours the consumer should raise a compliant if in case they have any problem with the product which they received, And in the same day morning I have called them to raise a compliant and ask for refund or replacement but they denied for both saying that it's not their policy to replace or refund without DOA (Dead on arrival) certificate from products companies affiliate service center and gave me a service center number - [protected] and I was told to go there to the address - skyway technology, balfour apartment, balfour road, keelpaakem, Chennai, and I did as they have said but in the service center they have showed a exact same model phone and demonstrated to me with that phone that it does not have the led notification feature by charging the phone and said that they cannot give the DOA certificate as they have demonstrated the lack of feature in that phone model the which even the most cheap android phones does have, It's is a most important feature that the smart phones must have and it is most common in all android phones, Then I have called to the Shopping Indiatimes customer care from the very same place to get the resolution for the refund but they not attended my call. After the arrival to my home I did again called to their customer care but they have not attended my call like as same as before, And as for the products Cheers Smart turbo battery is a worthless piece of crap because it does not even longs for 5 hours usage but in their website they claim that it's 1800 mah (milliampere-hour) which according to their claim must long for at least 9 hours of full usage but it does not, shameful cheers for the cheers mobile manufacturers. So please, who have authority to resolve this kind of consumer problem help this case, I have made a big mistake by shopping in the shopping.Indiatimes.com website leaving aside the good service providing E commerce website like Amazon, E bay, Flipkart... I have got full refund for four defective products from Amazon and Flipkart... Even the international E commerce website Aliexpress.com, In that, the sellers giving replacement for the defected product even without the reverse shipment from our side but this shopping.indiatimes.com from Times Internet Limited is a disgrace to the Indian consumers. Mark this word that they will surly loose more then 3.2 crores for denying my right claim of refund and this shall surly happen by the judgment of the Devine the Highest for such they have Don to many consumers like me and their customer care persons will receive their wage... So shall it happen.
