TITAN EYE + — Very poor service and pathetic experience from Titan Eye Plus

It is very sad to express feeling of cheated from most trusted brand from TATA Group's Titan Eye Plus .I had visited your following mentioned TITAN EYE + store on 29th July 2014.Shop No 34/35, Shri Ganesh Aangan Society, Between ICICI Bank &Vodafone Gallery Thakur Village, Kandivali East. After Eye check up my family decided to purchase Eye frame and new lenses for my Mother in Law due to increase in Power as suggested byOptician.Sales Person and Store manager advised cum force us to buy additional lenses for existing frame, influencing about discount.My family got convinced and end up in Purchasing New Frame + Lenses and change in Lenses for existing Frame. Cash Receipt no. ABF0010549& ABF0010550 for SKU Code : CBF0008970Sales Person told us that it will take at least week time to order lenses for both the frame.in the same evening unfortunately we realised that existing frame has become too weak. We communicated that to store and told them to cancel the lenses order for existing frame. This request was refused.After that we handed over existing frame to Stores. One day after that there was call from Work shop that lenses can not be fitted in to this frame. There are chances of break in frame. Store manager rudely communicated that we cannot change lenses due to fear of break in frame. And we have to accept that lenses. Which is of no use for us?We have been visiting this store more than 3-4 times in last 1 week but treatment given by this store is not at all acceptable as customer.
