Dear sir, My self bharati shetty i had purchased one toshiba led tv from vijay sales borivali mumbai branch on 29/08/2015 which was in warranty till 29/08/2017. From last one year in that tv some or the other problem is going on in one year we send our device 6-7 to your service center. Last time that tv had some display prblm on 22/08/2017 we registered a compaint and that was attended on 26/08/17 from dat day i am calling at your service center frequently they use to say they are not getting some parts of that tv, today they are saying sorry we are not able to replace on refund as we dont have any tv for replace which is not good gestures of such a big company. Your attendent mr sandeep had talk with me rudely today which is not good Please look into the matter & revert back in positive way.
