Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

My pan card was dispatched, but it has not been delivered yet. When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. When i tried to file a complaint, the trackon courier site was not reachable and the other way which was to reach the customer care support was also unresponsive....

My name is Shivam kumar my pan card was dispatched from mumbai to rasra ballia 221712 my courier has reached track on courier but they are refusing to deliver it and rater are saying that the postman will not deliver it using harsh words. My trackon courier tracking ID AWB[[protected]]...

I have received a parcel with consignment number[protected] which was dispatched from Punjab to Bangalore.
However, One box of almonds worth 500 rupees is missing from the parcel. The delivery persons never contacted me during delivery, they just delivered the parcel at the gate. no signature, nothing.
On checking, I confirmed that the whole bag was packed with brown tape. But from one end, someone has opened it and then taped...

Not Delivering my pan card at my home and giving stupid reason of not having service in my area, im not living in any rural area, this is very pathetic and unprofessional service from Trackon courier.please sent it at the nearest hub

Please do something needful so that i can get my card....

Why don't you guys shut your business if you even can't keep a good delivery boys
How can they keep our valueable and confidential parcels at thier home
I don't know why those guys chose you as a delivery partner.
Let me know whom to compalin on this who will respond....

Sir I book kite thread in Patangdori. In December 4.but still I did not receive my order.tracking status also not updating. My order is still in Jaipur only. When will I receive my order...

I have connected to multiple times to courier services but it is undelivered

They delivered my pan card at wrong address and now they don't respond...

My delivery of PAN card is returned due to insufficient address while it was a PAN card which has actual address with contact number. Please resend the courier as soon as possible. Attached screen shot for more details.

NSDL message-Your PAN card has been dispatched on 03-Jan-2022 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card will be delivered in due time.

But while searching with AWB no getting below error in Trackon website while tracking.

Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found...!...

Ca foundation prospectus not received yet...

Dispatch my order 14 th December but i will not received my parcel number [protected]...

When i tried to track my delivery status, the trackon courier website showed invalid tracking number and details not found error. They are just avoiding their by telling to contact NSDL coustomer care...

I have sent 2 couriers but still did not deliver to the receiver address, also mail done to [protected]@trackon.in, but no reply from Trackon, Daily Calling to[protected] / [protected] but no body picking the calls.

Kindly solve this matter

I was sent a message by NSDL.GOV.IN
that my pan card has been shipped through Trackon couriers on 25/12/2021. And a AWB number was provided for tracking. But when i tried to track my pan card, no record was found....

My name is Faiz Qureshi. My PAN CARD was dispatched from MUMBAI to BHOPAL through TRACK ON COURIERS vide AWB[[protected]] on[[protected]]. it has reached the TRACKON courier office at BBHOPAL on[[protected]] and still showing as DELIVERY MANIFEST PREPARED FOR HAMIDIYA ROAD.

when we tried to call their number [[protected]] there was no response.

I call delivery person 2 days he tell i will give u evening, and tell morning, afternoon, then last say today 6 pm sharply delivery Now time Approx 7 pm but that letter i am received
