Food not delivered in train number 11019 on 13.11.2018.

Food ordered online one day in advance and payment already made online.
Before the train reaching vijayawada, i rang up travel khana and asked them about delivery of food. They had no idea about the delivery and asked me the order number. After i told the order number, they confirmed that the food is yet to be delivered and the train is already arrived.
But after 5 minutes, when the train already left station and i called travel khana, they said they were very sorry that the food could not be delivered. Was this information helpful? |
