Travel Khana — Non-delivery of food in train. | |||||
I Setu Sharma was travelling to Patna from Delhi in Sampoorna Kranti Express on 15th March 2016. My PNR was [protected]. I odered food from travel khana on phone. My order wad confirmed on the phone followed by two confirmation messages at 5 :07 and 10:30. The order no. was 398810. The last message again playing with my belief said that the food will be delivered at Kanpur station. The food was not delivered and i had to sleep empty stomach. I waited till midnight only to sleep empty stomach. This is an act of negligence has caused damage to me in person. I am lodging a complain in this regard and would also be willing to approach the consumer dispute forum.. Kindly take the necessary action. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||||
