Tripgateway.in — Selling holiday package in the name of assured gift fraud


Salesman calling from [protected] by saying his name as Mr Sandip Tripathi that my name has been selected by agency from IRCTC online computerise ticket and tripgateway is offering assured gift samsung galaxy 6edge plus mobile if i bye there holiday package worth Rs.8999/=.I had made online payment onbehalf of TRKOCITY HOLIDAY CONSULTANT PVT.LTD.sum of Rs.8999/=.My transaction ID was[protected].
My suspecpecion of fraud he said as per govt rules all calls r recorded n on belief i had paid amount..latter on they started deviating from there statment nd hence i requested for refund by mail.
But since that date I have sent several E-mail and talked on lanline no.-[protected] but they are giving only verbal assurance regarding your gift will be delivered shortly & docat will be generated and details will posted via E-mail to you .Hence i am requested to your good office to resolve my complaint either they deliver offer samsung galaxy 6edge plus 64 GB mobile or refund my Payment Rs.8999/=.
