Poor business ethics !!

Uniconnect is the worst company with poor business ethics. I bought their Global sim card considering that it would sort my extensive travel issues and the bill would be nominal. Being prepaid, I thot it wud be very convenient and in my hands. For the first 15 days recharging and services were fine but post that there were issues, i was billed for texts, data that i never used.The recharge failed all the time and when I called the customer...

I was travelling with my wife to Malaysia and opted for a Uniconnect Sim Card. It was a really horrifying experience specially trying to call back home to check on our kids. The network connectivity in every nook and corner of Malaysia and all the Islands we roomed around were pathetic and we were literally without any phone cz clearly their “so called great connectivity” services were lost somewhere. Uniconnect is a bad choice !

I would like to warn everyone against Uniconnect Sim Cards and its pathetic services for any travel solution abroad. I am assuming if the customer care executives were rude to me in helping me find a solution for no data reception, they are rude to anyone in general. I took uniconnect sim card for HongKong and experienced some issues with the data connectivity. First getting thru the customer care was an issue and then being kept on hold...

Very frustrated with Uniconnect

I was in Germany for some research project and for my convenience I bought a Uniconnect sim card. Convenience soon turned into frustration!!.. With such horrible network coverage, barely any signals and stormed with crazy amount of work and having to run to booths to make calls tested my limits. Such pathetic services with no solutions !!...

Lowest roaming charges, and brilliant connectivity and convenience is nothing less than talking total nonsense on Uniconnect’s website. I used their sim card for UK and landed up spending a bomb on recharging my number. And because they sold a prepaid number to me, getting a detailed bill was out of question. I can’t even begin to say what a pain it was to use their screwed services. Horrible network and equally horrible tariffs. !!...

No connectivity with Uniconnect

My daughter was going for an exchange program to Germany for four months and it was a bad choice to get her a Uniconnect Sim Card. Such poor services with negligible connectivity and delayed in delivering texts messages. Glad it was a prepaid number so dumping something worth 200rs didn’t pinch us. It was better to dump the sim card than to be on constant call with the customer care execs asking them to fix the issues on a regular basis...

Disappointed with services !

I bought a Uniconnect Sim Card thinking that I have sorted my telecom issues while in Malaysia. But little did I know it was just a false hope, cz their services were beyond pathetic. I landed and tried using the sim, which didn’t register any signals for a few hours. I was traveling to UK and bought a sim card from Uniconnect. When they explained the recharging process it was seemed really simple, but when I actually triedto recharge my number from there, their website hung mid way but debited 20pounds from my account. And when I called the customer care, the lady on the phone cudnt have been more rude than she was. She told me that the money could not be refunded once its debited as it is company policy...

Bad services of Uniconnect

I came across Uniconnect Sim Cards on the airport, when their sales guys literally stalked me through the passage and some how convinced me to buy their pre paid sim card for UAE. I should have presumed how pathetic their services would be.. I made 2-3 calls and all the credit blew away, where I don’t know. My sister is in the US for work, but because of the appalling services experienced by her, it hot of reviewing Uniconnect right in the moment!! Trust Uniconnect to rob you of your money with no services

I was travelling to France UNI 51 and bought a prepaid sim card from Uniconnect thinking it wud help me save money on unwanted or fake bills. Turned out otherwise. !! I spent more than 50 Euros recharging my phone cz half of the time i wud just get a text saying recharge low balance, inspite of receiving calls most of the time... I even called the customer care to check with them as to where the money is flying when i am hardly making calls...

Never buy Uniconnect !

If you guys haven’t heard about Uniconnect Sim Cards, its for your own good, and if you have, please be warned of those pathetic little liars!! I travel to UAE quite often for work so bought a sim card from Uniconnect that had some 80- 90 days validity, which was really good for me. So after my first travel with the sim card, i went to UAE again within a span of 30 days! I was hoping my number is mine, still valid and no worries.. The moment...

Hate Uniconnect sim

I have had a really bad experience using Uniconnect Sim Card for London. Not only did they deduct the recharge amount in dollars without any warning on their recharge page, but i had to go through an embarrassing situation of asking someone for their phone to make a call cz my phone stopped mid way!! Mid way in a business call that [censored] number stopped. I am totally out of my wits and patience with this cheap company called Uniconnect!!...

Uniconnect is waste of money !

In a very simple sentence – Use Uniconnect Sim Cards ( for Europe) only at your risk. There will be no network whatsoever you try, how much you call their customer ppl they will never have any solutions and u will only waste your money on the same. My suggestion, if you hear o[censored]niconnect Sim Cards, run the other way!! Otehrwise you are sure of losing ur money...

Uniconnect is Fraud company

I'd like to complain against this fraud company called Uniconnect Sim Cards for their fraud on the international sim card I purchased from them. These cheats trick people by giving them sim cards of various countries by guaranteeing that the incoming charges on the card shall be nil. They gave me a US sim card which never worked. Using / Buying Uniconnect Sim Cards will be the choice you will regret once you land in the country of your travel. Cz apparently these are useless plastic pieces that either don’t register or most of the time you will find your speaking to their customer care ppl than with your own family members!! Pathetic customer support

Pathetic customer support extended by Uniconnect Sim cards when I called them from UK having issues in receiving calls. Well that was quite an interesting way to make money, cz I had no issues making calls, but cud barely receive any. Their support team wasn’t of much use either cz they kept on repeating the record saying its all fine from our end, reboot ur phone and what not. Clearly their sense of customer service sucks big time!...

Uniconnect sim is a big failure!

I[censored]niconnect says that their sim validity is for 120 days, be rest assured that it wont work the next time that you plan to use the same even after 45 days.!! The sim flashes Registration failed apparently for a valid sim!! And the guys behind the phone when you call their customer centre will have the same thing to say that you will have to buy a new sim since registration has failed!! I mean what cheap ways to make money!...

Ensure to check your sim card before flying out!!

I bought a uniconnect sim card for Australia for just a simple reason, that i can stop using it anytime i want to while i was there. Turned out while i got there, that the “super efficient” sales guy got me a UK sim for Australia. Luckily it was a prepaid option which obviously i did not land up using!! But heights of irresponsibility!!...
